Applications will be taken at Cloverleaf Circle- Jefferson from 9-5 on November 5th. Please bring picture ID, proof of residency, birth certificates and social security cards on children and proof of income (on all adults in household). Due to Covid-19, you will remain in your vehicle and will be called in when it is your turn. Only one person per family allowed into the building and you must wear a mask and have temperature taken. Please do not leave children unattended in your vehicle. Please come prepared with supervision for your children. Also note that there are no public restrooms onsite.
